Please bring an air bed in case you get a King Bed room we cannot guarantee exact bedding. Up to 5 per room are allowed with our Company. This hotel has a snack bar & restaurant, pool overlooking the beach and is next door to Clayton’s Beach Bar connected via a boardwalk. This hotel is also about 400 yards from Inverness Beach Resort and is not peaceful nor quiet in March. Please remember you will receive this hotel or La Copa Inn for the prices listed.

Inverness Beach Resort * * * * [/vc_column_text][mk_gallery images=”252,253,254″ height=”230″][vc_column_text]Inverness Beach Resort was completely closed for Spring Break 2017 and is reopened in June of 2017 ready to go for Spring Break 2025 remodeled top to bottom. This property features a 3rd floor rooftop pool and hot tub area, as well as condos that have full kitchens and living rooms. Inverness has the largest beachfront private patios for each condo unit on the Island, measuring some 8 feet by 16 feet of outdoor living space. There is no condo nor hotel property closer to the surf nor water than this resort on South Padre. As we have all of the property from the Owners and over 500 students here at any given them, this is one of the best spring break condos to stay at for Spring Break property not more than 300 yards to the Spring Break Stage at Clayton’s Beach Bar where everyone goes during the day. Please remember, you will receive this condo or Sunchase Beachfront Condos for the prices listed.
Sunchase Beachfront Condos * * * * [/vc_column_text][mk_gallery images=”255,256,257″ height=”230″][vc_column_text]Sunchase Beachfront Condos represent a very exclusive place to stay in terms of spring break condos on the beach. We have all condos that rent for spring break direct with property in March. These two bedroom condos have a full kitchen and living room, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms and all units have a patio facing the pool or beach. The property has a private beachfront entrance and allows students to cut loose on premise way more than other spring break condos. Sunchase is home to the private Greek-O-Holic Wednesday Day time pool party that is BYOB and not open to the public. Bedding does vary in condos as all units are individually owned. We recommend bringing an airbed for extra space. Sunchase is walking distance to Louies, Tequila Sunsets, Peninsula, and La Copa hotels as well as over 25 restaurants. Property has SOLD OUT in March for 25 straight years. Please remember, you will receive this condo or Inverness Beach Resort for the prices listed. Sorry – three bedroom condos are already sold out for Spring Break.
If you are shopping online for a great deal for you and your friends this spring break we can fill that need. We offer simple, per person pricing. Each person first pays a down payment deposit of $99 which comes off the prices you see below. Final payment on the remaining balance is due (61) days prior to arrival. If you are booking within (61) days of arrival full payment is due per person at time of booking.
For us to get you’re the best price, you are booking a category where you will get one of two properties. All trips we offer are 4 nights/5 days on South Padre. The prices do not include transportation.
We offer two Spring Break Hotel or Condo Packages for our Texas Spring Break Program to South Padre Island. The prices you see are valid provided you and all of your friends have booked with a $99 deposit per person (comes off the prices you see listed) by January 1. After January 1 please click on BOOK NOW to see pricing or to book the $249 hotel or $349 condo spring break deal. Remember, all trips are based on availability and pricing is subject to change at any time – book early.
The Fine Print
4 night trips are all Sunday check in with a Thursday check out. The $249 per person hotel deal is valid ONLY for check ins arriving March 4, March 25, or April 1st. Click BOOK NOW to see pricing for check in dates of February 25, March 10, March 14, March 18 or April 8th.
The Beachfront Hotel Package is a standard, “run of house room” with either 2 double beds or a king bed (bring an air bed for extra space). Sorry, we cannot guarantee “beds” in standard hotel rooms. This is spring break….you will not be in your room much anyway. The Beachfront Condo Package is either a 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and living room for 6 people –OR- a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and living room for 8 people. Again, we are unable to guarantee what bedding situation is in each condo as they are individually owned and each Owner may furnish unit to their taste.

Prices listed which hotel property you actually stay at your find out at your time of check in and is at Spring Break South Padre .com’s choice or selection though it will be La Copa OR La Quinta beachfront hotels (3.5 star) if you have selected the beachfront hotels; Sunchase Beachfront OR Inverness Beach Condos (4 star) if you select the beachfront condos. You find out at your time of check in which property you will actually stay in for the advertised price.
All check ins occur at the Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center no matter where you are staying. We do allow you to pre select your accommodations prior to arrival at time of initial booking for an extra fee of $75 per person. Again this must be selected at time of initial down payment deposit and booking
Please note: at time of check in, EVERY person must have a debit OR credit card to open up as well as State Issued ID to match that card in order to ensure our Company and the properties against damages to your spring break accommodations. There are NO EXCEPTIONS – you will be denied check in without this an denied any refund. All deposits and payments are 100% non refundable for ANY reason. All participants on our trips must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of check in without exception.
