Organize a group for our spring break trips to Texas by booking just 4 hotel rooms together –or- 2 condos together and your trip as the organizer is completely FREE under our spring break group discounts program.

To participate, simply fill out the request form below. A representative from our Company will contact you. In the mean time generate a list of each person’s name, email and cell in your group that may want to come, and we will show you how to book everyone. Provided you are booking 61 days or prior to your trip dates, only an initial deposit of $99 per person is due. Final payments are due 61 days prior.

No one travels on spring break all alone anyway, right? Getting more to go isn’t that hard. You don’t have to know the people to book them nor do they have to hang out with you on the trip As Spring Break South Padre.com has huge blocks (quantities) of condos and hotel rooms in the same properties, this program is great for groups of any size.

Requirements of the Spring Break Group Discounts Program:

  • You must sign up to be an Organizer BEFORE anyone books their trip using the short sign up form below. We do NOT allow people to sign up retroactively to be an Organizer for obvious reasons. What retroactive means is you already have a a condo or room book, then try to sign up to organize. That isn’t allowed. It IS ok if you sign up to be an Organizer, then just one condo books, and later then 2nd condo books. You have to sign up to be an Organizer before any of your booking reservations begin
  • Only ONE Organizer is allowed per group. If more than one person in your group signs up to Organize, the first person to sign up gets the FREE trip. Only ONE free trip is allowed per group, regardless of how many condos or rooms over the initial amount needed is booked.
  • This program is valid to January 1st. After January 1st, please contact our office for availability of the group discounts program for spring break. Typically it is still an option, however we require after January 1st 3 condos OR 6 hotel rooms to qualify for the FREE trip as all our trips sell out. The concept of this program is to generate early group bookings

    Our Company guarantees you and your group will stay at the same property and not be split up provided you book together at the same time. We cannot guarantee condos nor rooms “next door” to each other due to the fact some condos don’t rent, hotels can have maintenance issues on a certain room etc. With that said, we attempt to do the best job we can accommodating it.

     

    We sell categories only. Our hotel category means you will stay at either La Copa or La Quinta at our choice and selection. Our condo category means you will stay at either Sunchase Beachfront or Inverness Condos at our choice and selection. Groups find out which hotel or condo complex they are at upon arrival.

    HOTEL PACKAGE INFO

    The 4 night spring break trip that is $249 per person hotel package price is based on a March 4 or 25th arrival with 5 per hotel room. Please bring an air bed for additional sleeping space. Hotel rooms are “run of the house” meaning they can be on any floor of any bedding configuration. Rooms will generally have 2 double beds; with that said, some may have a California king bed only. We apologize that specific bedding cannot be requested nor guaranteed.

     

    As we sell categories ONLY, you and your group will get rooms at either La Copa or La Quinta, GUARANTEED. We do not split up groups provided everyone books at the same time. Our Company does select which hotel you get and you and your group find out on arrival to South Padre where you will stay. No matter where you are staying with us, you will check in at our group check in at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center.

    CONDO PACKAGE INFO

    The 4 night spring break deal that is $349 per person condo package price is based on a March 4 or 25th arrival with 8 per two bedroom beachfront condo. Please bring an air bed for additional sleeping space. Condos are “run of the house” meaning they can be on any floor of any bedding configuration. All condos have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and patio that opens up to the beach. We apologize that specific bedding situations cannot be requested nor guaranteed.

     

    As we sell category only, you will either receive a condo at Inverness or Sunchase, guaranteed but our Company does pick which condo units your group will receive. We do NOT split up groups provided everyone books at the same time. No matter where you are staying with us, you will check in at our group check in at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center.

    Example of how easy it can be to earn a FREE trip:

    If there are now just 8 of you booking into one of our two bedroom beachfront condos at Inverness or Sunchase Beachfront, that is one condo for you booked of the two you need to go FREE….under our program, you’d just need to find ONE more small group like yours to book the same thing and your trip is FREE for organizing. Same goes if you had 2 hotel rooms, you’d need to book just 2 more rooms to get a FREE trip for organizing.
